The Role

This is a hands-on PLM Consultant / Architect position working across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage solution design through to implementation and optimisation. You’ll work closely with customers to understand complex engineering and business challenges, shaping and delivering scalable PLM solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with stakeholders to define PLM strategy and requirements
  • Designing and architecting PLM solutions aligned to business needs
  • Leading or contributing to implementations and system integrations
  • Customising and configuring PLM platforms (particularly Windchill)
  • Supporting pre-sales activities, demos and solution proposals
  • Working as part of a highly collaborative, experienced consultancy team

  • 5+ years’ experience in PLM consulting or architecture
  • Strong experience with PTC Windchill
  • Experience across solution design, configuration and deployment
  • Ability to engage both technically and commercially with customers
  • A self-driven, consultative mindset
