Business Development Manager – Engineering/Water
Midlands/South East – £45,000 + Electric Car + Bonus
(We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of mechanical solutions for water management, flood defence, and environmental services. Due to significant growth and substantial new contracts, they are seeking a BDM/Regional Sales Managers – covering the midlands region. (As a BDM/Region Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the company\’s industry-leading products and services are effectively integrated into client projects. Building and managing long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors to provide full turnkey solutions.
Demonstrating a proactive and passionate approach to sales.A strong sales background in mechanical engineering and/or construction.
Experience within the water flow control sector is desirable.
A technical mindset with an understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.
A creative problem-solver with great attention to detail.
