We’re recruiting for a Junior Engineer to join an established engineering team, providing hands-on support across production equipment, maintenance and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed an Engineering Apprenticeship, HNC/HND or equivalent and is ready to take the next step in their engineering career. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, developing your mechanical and electrical knowledge while gaining exposure to a busy manufacturing operation.
The Role
- Support planned and reactive maintenance across production and manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Help diagnose equipment issues and minimise production downtime.
- Work alongside experienced engineers on maintenance and improvement projects.
- Support preventative maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
