An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to join a high-technology manufacturing environment, supporting the development and introduction of new products into production. You will take products from concept through to production, developing robust manufacturing processes, solving technical challenges and working closely with Design, Quality and Production teams. As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering successful New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring products transition smoothly through qualification into full-scale manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production.
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes.
- Support product and process qualification activities.
- Produce manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and BOMs.
- Collaborate with Design, Quality and Production teams.
- Introduce new materials, equipment and manufacturing technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, yield and efficiency.
About You
You will have experience within a Manufacturing, Process or NPI Engineering role and enjoy solving technical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
