We are working with a global engineering company based near Wymondham who are looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead a small, highly skilled engineering team. This is a genuinely hands-on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys remaining technically involved while leading projects and people. You will oversee the development of bespoke electro-mechanical products from concept through to manufacture, working closely with customers, manufacturing and the wider engineering team to deliver innovative solutions. Rather than stepping away from engineering, you will be expected to lead from the front, remaining involved in product design, problem-solving and technical decision-making while managing multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
