We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established team specialising in industrial and commercial painting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sprayer who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and wants to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in spray application techniques, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure correct paint adhesion
  • Operate spray guns and associated equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently
  • Accurately mix paints and coatings to required specifications, ensuring consistent colour matching
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment where required for preparation and finishing work
  • Support fabrication and assembly tasks linked to painting projects when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within construction, manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
  • Strong mechanical awareness with experience using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
  • Ability to mix paints accurately and carry out basic calculations
  • Experience in surface preparation and coating application techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
