An excellent opportunity for a QHSE Advisor or similar to step up into a QHSE Officer role. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards, while promoting a strong safety culture across factory and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain H&S and Environmental systems, policies, and risk assessments
  • Lead audits (internal/external) and liaise with regulatory bodies
  • Support QMS and Food Safety compliance
  • Provide HSE advice and guidance across the business
  • Deliver inductions, training, and Safety Committee meetings
  • Produce monthly QHSE reports and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations
  • Support managers in identifying and reducing risks

Requirements

  • Experience in HSE within manufacturing
  • Knowledge of risk, COSHH, and PUWER assessments
  • Experience delivering training
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • NEBOSH Certificate (desirable)
  • Internal Audit qualification (desirable)
