NXTGEN are working with a fast-paced, high-growth business, seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team during a critical period. As an FP&A Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the budget cycle and year-end processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned FP&A Manager to step in and make a direct impact on the financial future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Cycle Ownership: Lead the budget-setting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Year-End Preparation: Coordinate year-end financial processes, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Manage rolling monthly forecasts, providing timely insights to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring quality delivery and effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between finance and operational teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Finance professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with budget cycles, forecasting, and year-end preparation.
  • Leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
