Due to continued expansion, Tec Hut is looking to recruit three enthusiastic trainee sales executives to join our growing team. Your role will involve speaking with IT Managers and business decision-makers over the telephone to arrange collections of redundant and surplus IT equipment. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious individuals who want to maximise their earnings and build a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities. This role is not for the faint-hearted. You will face rejection daily, so a strong work ethic, resilience and competitive attitude are essential. We are looking for people with energy, personality and the determination to take the place by storm.

Earnings & Incentives:
Our previous trainees earned an average of £600 per month commission on top of their salary after approximately 6 months in the role. Our top trainee is currently earning in excess of £900 per month bonus and commission. In addition, every month the top two salespeople who achieve the highest percentage above target receive additional bonuses: 1st Place £1,000 Bonus, 2nd Place £500 Bonus.
