Join Tec Hut, the Independent Business of the Year 2026. We are one of the UK's fastest-growing IT recycling and data destruction companies. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit three Trainee B2B Sales Executives to join our growing team at our Winsford headquarters. No previous sales experience is required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn, we will provide all the training and support you need to build a successful sales career.

The Role

You will be speaking with IT Managers, Finance Directors and business decision-makers throughout the UK, introducing Tec Hut's services and arranging collections of surplus and redundant IT equipment. This is a telephone-based sales role where resilience, confidence and determination are essential. You will spend much of your day speaking with prospective customers, generating opportunities for our sales team and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

Earnings Potential

Many of our current salespeople joined with little or no previous sales experience. Following training, our previous trainees earned an average of approximately £600 per month in commission on top of their basic salary. Our highest-performing trainee currently earns in excess of £900 per month in commission and bonus payments.
