Our sandwiches, salads, toasties and wraps are freshly prepared on site daily by our dedicated Cold Production team. As a Service Leader in our Cold Production Department you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is able to work efficiently to produce our range of boxed sandwiches, salads, wraps, toasties and snack boxes that are sold in our Farmshops, Filling Stations and Quick Kitchens, ensuring orders are fulfilled and high quality is maintained.
In this hands-on role you’ll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with a positive, can-do approach; you will be passionate about our offer, champion our homemade products and ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and high-quality products we are known for.
Responsibilities- Effectively lead your shift, managing and supporting your colleagues, ensuring they are deployed in line with demand and respond appropriately to any matters as required.
- Ensure the team works at pace while delivering high-quality products and maintaining brand standards.
- Ensure that all daily and weekly procedures are carried out and that company standards are maintained at all times.
We are looking for Service Leaders who have the ability to lead and motivate a team on a daily basis in a fast-moving environment. Great communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as are high standards of excellence within the delivery of quality food, customer service and cleanliness.
Qualifications- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment is an advantage.
