You will oversee the day to day running of our sausage production room at Tebay Services. Organisation, communication and delegation will be key in ensuring that we are able to provide the best service to both our internal and external customers.

Using the beef and lamb supplied by our family farm and handpicked quality meats from small local producers you will ensure your team deliver a full and attractive counter for our travelling customers as well as supplying quality products for our kitchens across our family of businesses.

A butchery qualification and experience of motivating and managing a team is essential. You must have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of delivering good customer service. Experience in a fast paced retail environment would be an advantage.
