Working in Westmorland Kitchen, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team. You will play an important role in ensuring our chefs and production team members have a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment, with the equipment and resources they need to work efficiently in our busy production kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a constant supply of clean utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Carrying out daily and weekly cleaning duties to a high standard
- Ensuring all kitchen and washing areas remain clean, safe, and organised
- Supporting chefs and production colleagues with kitchen preparation and set-up tasks
- Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation
- Following food hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
