This role is for a creative individual seeking a unique opportunity to develop their career within a dynamic family business based at our Family Office in Rheged, Penrith. You will be part of our in-house design team, assisting in designing and delivering our exciting programme of building and refurbishment projects across our nationwide estate. Our projects range from curated refurbishments to new multi-million-pound developments as we expand into new locations. Our team includes qualified architects, interior designers, and project managers who collaborate with other business units such as Brand & Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Food, IT, People & Safety. This is a unique chance to grow your career in a vibrant commercial environment that attracts over 10 million visitors annually. Key Responsibilities: Report to the Building & Design Director to assist with the design and implementation of our Capital Projects Plan. Collaborate with in-house teams and external partners on project development. Create high-quality design outputs including 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and presentation materials. Oversee the design workflow of external consultants such as architects, engineers, surveyors, and specialists. Perform project management duties as required. Candidate Requirements: University Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design tools, preferably Autodesk (AutoCAD, LT, or Revit), SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.). Industry experience in design and interiors. Strong communication skills. Highly organized with a desire for continuous improvement. Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines. Full UK Driving Licence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
