We are a wellness brand serving elevated beverages within 2 stores in London since 2020. We are excited to continue our journey in the industry and grow with an excellent team. As we grow, we are looking for store leaders in both South Kensington and Mayfair to show leadership and maturity.
Responsibilities:
- Sending daily reports to operations manager – sales reports / stock reports / special moments / operational needs.
- Lead service with professionalism and a duty of care.
- On shift training and quality control.
- Complaint handling.
- Scheduling.
- Checklist management.
Requirements:
- Confident on a coffee machine.
- Worked in fast paced drinks service.
- Food safety and hygiene.
- Strong customer service skills.
We are looking to hire within the next 2 weeks and be ready for the floor by March 1st-7th.
