Responsibilities
- Send daily reports to the operations manager – sales, stock, special moments, and operational needs
- Lead service with professionalism and a duty of care
- Provide on‑shift training and quality control
- Handle complaints
- Schedule staff
- Manage checklists
Qualifications
- Confidently operate a coffee machine
- Experience in fast‑paced drinks service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong customer‑service skills
Job Details

Employment: Full‑time
Schedule: Monday - Sunday 7am-8pm
Salary: £14.5 per hour
Starting time: Immediate start!
The position will be filled within the next two weeks, with the successful candidate ready to work by July 1st.
