We are looking for a Creative associate to help shape the visual world of Tears on Fire.

From campaign concepts and photoshoots to social media and storytelling, you will work directly with the founder to create the imagery, ideas and experiences that surround the brand.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for someone artistic, curious and culturally aware.

Someone who sees references where others don’t.

Someone who understands that the strongest brands are built on feeling, not algorithms.

You will help develop campaign concepts, create content, build moodboards, source references, assist with creative direction and help bring new ideas into the world.

If you spend your free time saving imagery, collecting references, visiting galleries, noticing details and obsessing over great creative work, you’ll probably feel at home here.

  • Experience working within fashion, luxury or creative industries.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • The visual identity of Tears on Fire becomes stronger with every release.
  • Content feels distinctive rather than trend-driven.
  • Clients become invested in the world surrounding the brand, not just the products.
  • Great ideas are consistently being brought to the table and executed.
  • Your creative contribution becoming recognised both within Tears on Fire and across the wider industry.
