What will you be doing?
\\n
- \\n
- Liaising with customers via telephone to provide updates for recoveries
- Liaising with recovery drivers and other recovery clubs to resolve dispatch issues
- Organising incoming breakdowns and dispatching drivers to live jobs
- Taking credit card payments for private customers
- Using in-house system to receive and dispatch jobs and carry out invoicing
- General office administration tasks

What will you need?

- This role requires good IT skills and strong organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, as this is a call centre that takes a high volume of calls

Overtime is an absolute requirement of the role, due to working in a small team of 4, holiday cover and absence cover will be required.

Salary: £12.00 per hour after probation period – time and a half is paid after 40 hours and bank holidays.

Hours: Three 40 hour weeks – One 32 hour week – Shift Patterns work on a rota basis of early, middle and late shifts (early shift starts at 06.30am and a late shift ends at 10.30pm weekdays and 11.00pm weekends. all are 8 hour shifts.
