We currently have a position available for a Service / Transport Administrator in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire. The role will be a mixture of customer facing and office duties with occasional off-site duties.
Potential candidates will require a full Car driving licence, a self-motivated approach to work load and a can-do mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing parts ordering and stock control of roadside technicians/workshop storeroom
- Managing Fleet vehicle compliance (tachograph analysis and roadworthiness)
- Assisting vehicle rental department
- Call handling and responding to enquiries across multiple departments
- Assisting managers with various administration duties
- Assisting with audits and workshop compliance tasks
- Processing training documents monitoring training control systems
- Assisting with releasing vehicles to customers, property control and collection
- Ad hoc duties from sourcing parts online to helping tidy up
- Covering holiday and sickness in other departments

Salary: £12.75 per hour
Employment type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday (9 am - 3 pm) + one Saturday every 3rd weekend (8 am - 12 pm) with a flexible approach to overtime during peak periods.
