The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

The Telephone Engagement team are looking for a passionate and personable communicator who can actively develop our relationship and engagement with churches and volunteer Church Champions across the UK. You will mainly use the telephone and other non-face to face communications and will have the ability to:
- Influence
- Encourage others
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated
- Be tenacious
Above all do you have an enthusiasm and energy to deliver a great supporter experience and ensure we reach our income targets to fund this transformational work?
The successful candidate will be:

- Be comfortable contacting people by phone that they have never met
- Will be confident in asking for financial support
- A self-starter who will use their initiative and drive to develop and implement church engagement plans to achieve stretching targets
