The Telephone Engagement team are looking for a passionate and personable communicator who can actively develop our relationship and engagement with churches and volunteer Church Champions across the UK. You will mainly use the telephone and other non-face to face communications and will have the ability to:

  • Be comfortable contacting people by phone that they have never met
  • Will be confident in asking for financial support
  • A self-starter who will use their initiative and drive to develop and implement church engagement plans to achieve stretching targets

Please note: This is a part time (28 hours per week) home based role with a minimum of 14 hours per week worked between the hours of 17.00 – 21.00 during the week, or 11.00 – 18.00 on a Saturday at home. Team members are expected to come into the office 2 days per month. The part time salary is Β£26,561.60 per annum. Applicants must have internet connection at home though a phone and phone line will be provided.
