Tearfund is looking for a Data & Resources Officer who is enthusiastic about serving those living in poverty by providing excellent customer service to our supporters.

The team enables the transformative work of Tearfund around the world by serving Tearfund's UK based supporters.

As part of our front-line team, you will provide a vital personal link, building strong relationships with those who champion our cause.

Your role will involve

  • Answering supporter queries via phone, email, and letter with professional excellence.
  • Processing database additions, deletions, and amendments to maintain and increase data accuracy.
  • Managing Toilet Twinning & Tearfund Resources orders, collaborating with an external fulfilment house to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Thriving and maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy in a busy environment, recording information on our supporter database.
