The UK & International Partnerships Team is seeking a Partnerships Team Leader (Trusts & Foundations). The successful candidate will be able to manage a highly successful team of Trust fundraisers.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience and proven ability in successful fundraising from Trusts and Foundations.
- Experience of managing a team and developing team members.
- Proven ability in relationship building and management.
The ideal candidate will also have a passion for influencing people for change.

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working, and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
