A leading vocational training organisation is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to lead the growth of their training businesses across the South East.

The role involves:

  • Developing and executing a regional sales plan to grow training revenue.
  • Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities for training services.
  • Managing and developing existing customer relationships, cross-selling training solutions.
  • Owning and delivering against regional revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting against targets.
  • Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Tracking performance against targets and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Reporting on regional performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Providing leadership and direction to employees within business units.
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve commercial performance, operational delivery, and leadership capability.
  • Setting clear objectives and performance expectations, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions.

  • Driving continuous improvement across the customer journey and training delivery model.

Essential Requirements:

  • Background in training, health & safety, or a related sector.
