A leading vocational training organisation is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to lead the growth of their training businesses across the South East.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing a regional sales plan to grow training revenue.
- Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities for training services.
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships, cross-selling training solutions.
- Owning and delivering against regional revenue targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting against targets.
- Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Performance & Reporting:
- Tracking performance against targets and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Reporting on regional performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Providing leadership and direction to employees within business units.
- Coaching and developing team members to improve commercial performance, operational delivery, and leadership capability.
