We\’re seeking a well-connected and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our market expansion efforts across EMEA. In this strategic role, you\’ll leverage your established network within European sports to drive high-level business development initiatives across our comprehensive product portfolio, including Personnel, Operations, and Performance solutions. You\’ll engage directly with ownership, C-suite Executives, Sporting Directors, and other senior decision-makers to position Teamworks as the premier technology partner for elite sports organizations.

  • Leverage existing network and relationships to identify and engage high-value prospects across EMEA markets
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting professional football clubs and premier sports organizations

Compensation Philosophy

For this role, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) range is £120,000–£150,000, comprised of base salary and variable compensation. Your final offer will be determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
