I'm Conor Branson, EMEA Commercial Director at Teamworks, responsible for leading our growth in EMEA across our Performance and Operations product categories. Our Performance category - comprised of our Athlete Management System, Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning systems - has grown significantly over the past two years, and we're looking to add an Account Executive to continue that momentum.

We're looking for someone with a technical understanding of athlete performance, and the ability to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple products and stakeholders. This role requires the Account Executive to have deep knowledge of how performance departments within elite sport function, and the ability to navigate the complexities of the different areas involved: Performance, Medical, Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition.

You'll need strong consultative selling skills, the ability to build relationships across both technical and executive stakeholders, and the confidence to manage long, multi-threaded sales cycles from prospecting through to close. A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, along with sharp commercial instincts for structuring and negotiating multi-product deals, will be essential.

The Role

  • Build and own a self-generated pipeline of targeted opportunities across the European market, working closely with our marketing and business development teams.
  • Drive deals through the full sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation to close, with a consultative approach that puts the customer's real performance needs first.
  • Demonstrate the integrated value of AMS, S&C, and Nutrition together, including identifying upsell opportunities within our existing Hub customer base.
  • Develop genuine technical fluency in how performance departments operate, so you can map a prospect's real needs to the right solution, not just pitch features.
  • Partner with in-territory sales reps across EMEA to provide technical insight and real examples of how other clubs are getting value from the platform.

What I'm Looking ForWhat You Must Bring

  • Demonstrable, verifiable experience building, progressing, and closing pipeline in a sports technology or elite sporting environment; this is a self-generated pipeline role, not an inherited book of business.
  • Self-driven and resourceful attitude, with a track record of taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
  • Genuine team player mindset, with eagerness to partner internally across EMEA commercial team and the wider business.
  • Based in the UK, with willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe; getting in front of people in-market is core to how this role works.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, as this role works across markets and stakeholder groups where English is the operating language.

Even Better If

  • You're fluent in an additional language such as French or Spanish.
  • You have experience selling multi-product or bundled SaaS solutions.
  • You've worked closely with or within elite sport performance departments, or have a sports science/performance background.

Why This Role

This is a chance to help shape how some of the biggest names in sport think about athlete performance. You'll work directly with leading brands across global sport, with real influence over how elite teams use technology to drive athlete performance.

Teamworks is the platform of choice for the world's top sports organizations, and you'll be joining at a moment of real momentum in EMEA, with reference customers already in place and demand accelerating. You'll be backed by a team that's passionate about sport and committed to helping you succeed.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship at this time.
