Teamwork Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Inventory Manager / Stock Manager to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This is a key operational role responsible for managing stock accuracy, inventory processes, and team performance, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand while maintaining cost control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure continuous supply
- Oversee cycle counts, investigations, and stock reporting
- Ensure inventory accuracy and minimise stock loss
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal stock control processes
- Reporting & Performance
- Produce daily/weekly inventory and performance reports
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
- Analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions (RCA / 8D)
- Team Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the stock control team
- Conduct appraisals, 1-2-1s, and training
- Ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and operational targets
- Operations & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Warehouse Supervisors
