We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operative to support the efficient production of products within a designated area. You will help ensure quality, food safety, and health & safety standards are met while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate within a production area to meet output and performance targets
  • Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures
  • Complete production checks, records, and paperwork accurately
  • Report machine issues, product defects, or non-conformances promptly
  • Carry out CCP checks where required
  • Operate machinery where applicable (full training provided)
  • Support and guide agency staff within the production area
  • Report near misses, accidents, or incidents when they occur
