Teamwork partnership is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join our team at a busy food manufacturing facility in Melton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where cleanliness and safety are essential to success.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across production areas to ensure the factory operates safely and efficiently.
Key Duties:
- Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment, toilets to strict hygiene standards
- Following cleaning schedules and food safety procedures
- Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Completing hygiene checks and record-keeping as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hygiene or cleaning experience in food or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a positive work ethic
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm Overtime after 40 hrs 1x25
