Teamwork Partnership Ltd is looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a pure recruitment and service-focused role. You’ll focus on what recruiters do best – finding great candidates, managing vacancies and delivering an excellent service to our existing clients.
The Role:
- Manage permanent vacancies from start to finish
- Source and headhunt suitable candidates
- Screen, interview and shortlist applicants
- Write and advertise vacancies
- Manage interview processes and candidate feedback
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Maintain regular communication with candidates
- Deliver a professional, high-quality recruitment service
- Work towards placement and delivery targets
We’re Looking For:
