To manage all aspects of implementation projects, ensuring conformance with implementation requirements by utilizing standard tools and processes. Facilitating gate reviews and providing unbiased evaluations of program status and risk. Serving as a subject matter expert in project management, using best practice methodologies to effectively manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Ensuring implementation projects deliver required results on time and on budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project planning workshops
- Manage and create all aspects of the project implementation plan
- Facilitate team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations
- Ensure implementation compliance
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Mitigate project risk by identifying, managing, and/or implementing the approved actions
- Monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
- Coordinate the execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan
- Create a project organization structure and develop and execute the communication plan
- Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders
- Control project budget
Qualifications and essentials:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain or Information Technology Systems
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Highly proficient in accountability, planning, organizing, communication (oral and written), leadership, decision making, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and other MS Office Applications
- This position will require the successful candidate to be able to travel to EAME, APCAC, and US, sometimes at short notice
