Teamwork partnership is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join our team at a busy food manufacturing facility in Melton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where cleanliness and safety are essential to success.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across production areas to ensure the factory operates safely and efficiently.

Key Duties:

  • Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment, toilets to strict hygiene standards
  • Following cleaning schedules and food safety procedures
  • Safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Completing hygiene checks and record-keeping as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous hygiene or cleaning experience in food or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and a positive work ethic

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm. Overtime after 40 hrs.
