We are currently seeking an Admin to join our client team in Pollington. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site administration activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing site administration activities
- Processing payroll information
- Production booking and data entry
- Purchasing administration support
- Stock control and inventory records
- Handling personnel administration tasks
- Supporting the site team with general administrative duties
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English essential (preferably grades AC)
Experience:
- Experience working in an administration role within a medium or large automated manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Microsoft AX) is desirable
- Experience working with large numbers of SKUs is an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, are essential
