Teamwork Partnership is recruiting for a Sustainability Lead on behalf of our client.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sustainability professional who is passionate about environmental impact, compliance, and driving meaningful change across a growing organisation.

This hands-on role combines sustainability reporting, environmental management, data analysis, and project coordination.

You will play a key role in supporting the business's sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while helping to achieve ambitious environmental targets.

As Sustainability Lead, you will support sustainability initiatives across the business and work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, data collection, and environmental compliance.

Collect, analyse, and report sustainability data across the business.

Maintain and update sustainability reports and performance metrics.

Support Net Zero, carbon reduction, and environmental initiatives.

Coordinate sustainability disclosures for annual reports and external reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks and regulatory obligations.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve sustainability performance and reporting accuracy.

Support projects relating to waste management, recycling, energy consumption, biodiversity, and carbon reduction.

Respond to external reporting requests and industry surveys.

Assist with sustainability improvement projects across the organisation.

Proven experience in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG-related roles.

Net Zero targets Experience in sustainability reporting and carbon accounting.

Understanding of UK environmental legislation and compliance requirements.

Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.

Ability to interpret and present sustainability data effectively.

Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement.

Experience with supply chain sustainability practices would be advantageous.
