Teamwork Partnership is recruiting on behalf of their cleint, a long-established, family-owned business based in East Yorkshire. With over 75 years of heritage, the business continues to invest in its people, facilities and equipment and is now looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to strengthen its engineering team. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer to work closely with the Site Engineering Manager, supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the production facility. You will play an important role in keeping production equipment operating efficiently, reducing downtime and supporting ongoing site improvements within a well-invested food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production equipment and site machinery * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults * Minimise production downtime * Support the Engineering Manager with maintenance planning and site improvements * Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment * Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency * Ensure all engineering work complies with Health & Safety and food safety standards * Maintain accurate maintenance records Engineer Advert What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within manufacturing, food production or FMCG * Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills * Excellent problem-solving ability * Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team * Good communication and organisational skills * Electrical certification or qualifications would be advantageous What’s On Offer * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * Permanent opportunity within a stable, family-owned business * Modern, well-invested production facility * Career development and progression * Opportunity to work closely with the Engineering Manager * Genuine potential for future promotion within the engineering department Engineer Interested?
