Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting for a Business Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and commercially aware individual with experience in administration, finance support, HR coordination, or logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site across administration, payroll, HR, supplier management, and customer support functions.

The Role

As Business Coordinator, you will oversee support office activities relating to HR support and finance administration while working closely with site management, customers, suppliers, and agencies. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and supplier queries professionally
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders through SAP
  • Process invoices, credits, and site-related costs
  • Support customer invoicing and cost approvals
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and site administration
  • Maintain training records and site compliance documentation
  • Support payroll processes including overtime and agency hours
  • Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding documentation
  • Liaise with agencies regarding payroll and compliance
  • Produce reports and support month-end cost analysis
  • Support management with HR and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency
