We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Operative to join our Operations team. You will help maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring materials and products are stored, handled, and rotated correctly to meet quality and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
- Follow all company Health, Safety, and Hygiene procedures
- Store and rotate raw materials and finished goods correctly
- Ensure stock accuracy across all processes
- Keep records and data up to date for auditing purposes
- Support customer requirements through accurate and timely work

What We Offer

- 12-hour shift pattern
- Supportive team and safe working environment
- We run a consistent 28-day shift pattern - 12 hrs shifts (2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights)
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
- Then it repeats 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.
