Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our friendly team providing weekly cleaning and home support services to older adults in their own homes in various locations across Gateshead. This role is all about supporting our clients to maintain independence and improve their quality of life by making sure their homes are clean, tidy and comfortable in line with their wishes and needs.
Main duties include:
- Ensuring homes are clean and tidy, by following the individual home help plan for each client
- Providing shopping, prescription collection and paying bills for clients
- Filling in client records, taking payment and bringing paperwork and payment to the head office on a weekly basis
