We pride ourselves on creating market leading software, working with outstanding people, and going above and beyond for our customers. Trusted by more than 20,000 teams across 170 countries, Teamwork.com is in acceleration mode as we set our sights to become the undisputed platform for teams who deliver client work.
We believe in hiring great people and look to ensure everyone has the best possible experience of work, everyday. We strive to be open and transparent, humble and customer focused. And we thrive on curiosity, getting results and working together relentlessly to deliver excellence. We are a company of action, full of triers and doers: we try things, we make mistakes, and we learn from them. Our personality is unmistakable: we work hard, take joy in our wins and each other's successes and important life events. And we care and support each other when life throws lemons. More than anything we embrace a straightforward approach to getting things done. We are fanatical about our customers: and when talent meets passion, success happens.
We are searching for someone to personify Teamwork.com’s messaging through evangelising our customers and in-house experts. We are moving away from corporate broadcasting to a high-throughput, community-led growth engine. We need a Messaging Quarterback. Your job is to extract "gold" from our internal experts, find compelling product proof points our customers should know about, and transform it into a distribution system that fuels our Always-On ABM strategy. You will lead the shift from "polished and quiet" to "authentic and everywhere," specifically targeting mid-market and enterprise companies. You will be responsible for building and engaging our audience across social and community platforms, while also contributing to our wider AEO strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematized Distribution: Take blueprints from PMM and determine how we say it across social and community platforms. You are responsible for the brand voice and creative consistency at scale.
- Manage Social Channels: Build content pipeline, manage calendar and regularly report.
- AI Everyday: You will lead the deployment of AI tools to accelerate content production. Teamwork.com will empower you to scale your work with AI tools.
- Employee & Expert Enablement: Build the "Marketing-in-a-Box" system for Teamwork.com employees. You’ll provide the internal "swipe files" and hooks that allow our team to act as a force multiplier for our message.
- High-Intent Community Engagement: Don't just "post"; embed our experts into high-intent subreddits and review platforms (G2/Reddit) where our 50+ ICP hangs out.
- AEO & Social Listening: Monitor competitor conversations and insert our Subject Matter Experts as problem-solvers to drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- B2B Strategy: Proven experience moving the needle on revenue, not just vanity metrics. You understand the upmarket SaaS sales cycle.
- Editorial Authority: You can ghostwrite for executives and sharpen SME opinions into "scroll-stopping" hooks.
- AI Native: You are already using AI to research, draft, or edit content and are eager to scale that across the org.
The "Non-Negotiables" (What this role is NOT)
- This is NOT a "support" role; you are a strategic owner of the community pillar.
- We value Throughput over Perfection. If you prefer a two-week approval committee over a 24-hour "good enough" launch, this isn't for you.
Employee Share Options (ESOP) — we mean what we say when we say, “act like an owner”! Competitive salary & OTE (as applicable) Up to 30 days vacation from day 1 Pension benefit (specific to region) Health plans and wellbeing programs Give Back program Ministry of Happiness social club Educational resources and generous allowance to support development Inclusive policies - maternity, paternity & parent leave, as well as a focus on flexible working Recognition programs Teamwork is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
