This is a hybrid role in Denver where you will be expected to be based in the office a number of days a week.

The opportunity

This is a senior full-cycle Senior AE position and you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Teamwork.com can address their challenges and add value and efficiency to their business.

  • Network and qualify potential customers and partnerships through outbound calls, emails, events, and other channels.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and demonstrate how they can solve current challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership teams to develop and execute outbound sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales best practices and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.

What good looks like

  • Proven experience in outbound sales in a SaaS or B2B industry.
  • Mid-Market Sales experience (I.e. 30 - 60 day sales cycles) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
