At Teamwork.com, we pride ourselves on creating market-leading software, working with outstanding people, and going above and beyond for our customers. Trusted by more than 20,000 teams across 170 countries, our platform is the practice management solution of choice for agencies and professional services firms — enabling them to track, manage, invoice and grow their client work.

We’re a company of action, full of triers and doers: we try things, we make mistakes, and we learn from them. We’re fanatical about our customers, and we believe that when talent meets passion, success happens.

We are in acceleration mode — and AI is at the centre of that. We are embedding AI deeply into our product, our processes and our team culture. This role exists because we need a product manager who has genuinely made the transition: someone who thinks and builds differently in the AI era, and who will help raise the ceiling of what our whole product organisation believes is possible.

This is a remote-friendly role, but you must be based in Ireland, Poland or the UK.

  • 2–3 years of product management experience in a SaaS or software business, with clear examples of product you have helped shape and ship — not just tasks completed, but problems you helped solve.
  • You actively use AI tools in your work — for research, writing, synthesis or prototyping — and you are developing this habit with real intent.
  • Hands-on experience using AI prototyping and development tools (such as Claude, Figma Make, Lovable or similar) to build working proof-of-concepts independently.
  • You can go from idea to testable artefact in hours, not weeks.
  • You have a developing understanding of how AI systems work — what LLMs can and cannot do, how prompts shape outputs, what agentic workflows look like in practice — and you are actively building that knowledge.
  • You do not need deep technical expertise, but you need genuine curiosity about the technology you are helping to build with.
  • You are passionate, self-motivated, and obsessed with quality.
  • You are a problem solver and a team player, but you know when to take the initiative.
  • You have high agency — you figure things out and do not wait to be unblocked.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a genuine appetite to understand customers deeply and are driven to solve their problems.
  • You understand how to contribute effectively as part of an empowered product team — engineers, designers and QA — and you are developing the instincts to distinguish between coordination and leadership.
  • You want to grow into leading.
  • Clear written communication skills: you can translate a messy problem into a structured brief, write specs that reduce ambiguity for engineers, and communicate your thinking clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
  • You have a strong data and analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with data and metrics.
  • You ask questions of data, and you are experienced in making decisions with evidence rather than assumption.
  • Experience of proactive customer and user research — whether formal interviews, usability testing, or close observation of how customers use a product — and an understanding of how insight connects to product decisions.
  • You strive to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
  • You track what you ship, ask whether it worked, with proactivity instinct to connect your work to retention, growth and customer value.

Working at Teamwork.com is not like a normal job. We believe in hiring great people and looking after them the way they deserve. This is a role where you will do real, meaningful product work from day one — not just help execute someone else’s plan, but genuinely contribute to shaping what gets built and why.

You will work closely with your Group Product Manager, who will give you direction, context and honest feedback as you grow. You will be trusted with real ownership over features and problem spaces, increasing in scope as you develop. You will be part of an empowered product team alongside engineers, designers and QA, and you will learn what it really means to work at the intersection of customer need, technical possibility and business impact.

We take AI tool adoption seriously at every level of the organisation. We will actively support you in building your AI fluency — through tools, time, access to learning and a team culture where experimentation is encouraged and sharing what you’ve learned is the norm. A generous learning and development budget covers AI tools, courses, Reforge programmes and industry conferences.

We ship frequently. We run real experiments. We do genuine customer research. We debate trade-offs using evidence. We make mistakes openly and learn from them fast. If that is how you like to work — and if you want to grow quickly in an environment that takes product craft seriously — you will feel at home here immediately.

Competitive salary, up to 30 days vacation, pension/retirement matching, health plans and wellbeing programs, give back program, educational resources and generous development allowance, inclusive policies including maternity, paternity and parent leave, recognition programs, employee share options (ESOP).

Teamwork is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, age, family status, disability, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality or ethnic origin.
