Responsibilities
- The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving and scaling our global performance marketing strategy, with a strong focus on paid social and digital acquisition channels to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
- This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will own the strategy and execution of performance campaigns across regions, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta.
- Your focus is to deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns that drive demand, optimize conversion, and maximize ROI across the funnel.
- You will work closely with Campaign & GTM Management, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align on target audiences, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- A key part of the role is creating full transparency into campaign performance, using data, experimentation, and insights to continuously optimize and scale what works.
- This role requires someone who is highly hands-on, deeply analytical, and comfortable operating across both strategy and execution—owning campaign setup, platform management, and performance optimization end-to-end.
- Define and execute a global performance marketing strategy aligned with GTM priorities, revenue targets, and key audience segments.
- Own and scale paid social channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta), driving continuous optimization across targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel performance.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns focused on demand generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including setup, tracking, testing, and performance analysis across platforms and tools.
- Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies, with a strong focus on experimentation and learning.
- Partner closely with content, design, and campaign marketing teams to develop high-performing assets tailored to each platform.
- Build and maintain clear reporting on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Stay close to campaign and platform details, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and impact.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Strong hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis across major paid media platforms.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and conversion optimization across the funnel.
- Experience working with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Highly data-driven mindset with a strong focus on testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex performance data into clear insights and actions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach and a passion for driving measurable growth.
