Responsibilities

  • Value Consulting is closely aligned with the Global Sales organisation, directly supporting sales pursuits within our critical accounts.
  • Our primary focus is directly engaging with customer executive teams to clearly articulate the tangible, strategic, and financial impacts our solutions can deliver to their organisations.
  • Develop business cases and strategic proposals to articulate the value proposition of our platform for Executives, Managers, IT and other Personas.
  • You will play a pivotal role in growing revenues across our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leaders providing guidance on account and negotiation strategies, helping prioritise sales pursuits and identifying new opportunities.
  • Help prospects and customers understand and quantify the business value of TeamViewer solutions.
  • Create and present executive-level business cases to CxOs in our most strategic customer accounts.
  • Scale the organisation’s impact by creating a library of reusable assets and delivering ongoing enablement programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to identify, prioritise, and quantify operational and financial metrics in specific engagements.
  • Coordinate and lead end-to-end value consulting engagements with customers to meet customers’ needs, progress sales cycles and drive revenue.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of commercial proposals to support the deal negotiation process and composition of deal structures.
  • Share insights with senior sales management to help develop and execute negotiation strategies.
  • Facilitate the development of targeted Value Selling models for ROI and TCO, aimed at accelerating and expanding sales opportunities.
  • To facilitate a variety of benchmarking activities, create a collection of business outcomes realised by TeamViewer customers.
  • Partner with internal sales teams and other functions, such as Solution Engineering, to help define account strategies and prioritise sales initiatives, based on value creation potential and opportunity size.
  • Act as a thought leader, providing relevant content, training and consultation both during and beyond the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in management consulting, value selling or working in internal strategy teams.
  • Experience operating with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Proven ability to build compelling business cases and proposals.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience creating internal processes for field enablement and engagement.
  • Thought leadership in the areas of business value and accelerating sales cycles.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives evaluating critical technology and business decisions.
  • Meaningful experience with business case creation, research, financial analysis and storytelling.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in presenting and influencing Senior Executives.
  • Comfortable to travel across the assigned region when required.
