Responsibilities
- You will be the subject matter expert and customer champion for your product domain, bringing TeamViewer’s story to life in high-impact ways through content and messaging.
- Your contributions to positioning and messaging, competitive analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer/segment insights will help to drive customer acquisition, growth and retention.
- This role will be a GTM Partner for Product Managers, ensuring our products are widely understood within the organization and most importantly are understood and valued by our customers.
- Your market and customer insights will feed roadmap discussions and make the customer use-cases clear from the outset.
- Customer Focus: Partner with the product management team to champion the customer’s voice from strategic decision making to tactical activities.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and customer research to refine our target markets, segments and personas. Turn those data points into actionable insights that the rest of the organization can get behind.
- Positioning and messaging: Define the strategic positioning for our products, develop the value propositions and the master messaging for which all other assets derive.
- Marketing Content and Communications: Create and contribute to high-value audience-centric multi-channel content like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webcasts/videos, and marketing campaign assets. Able to brief and ideate with content and campaign teams to deliver high impact internal/external content.
- Product launch management: Manage the launch framework for product releases, from asset identification, creation and campaign recommendations to delivering sales enablement toolkits, including product demos, pitch decks and competitive battlecards.
- GTM Planning: Define segmentation and personas using data driven customer insights and drive go-to-market planning and execution (messaging, positioning, differentiators, benefits, collateral, tools, training, etc).
- Cross departmental Collaboration: Lead quality conversations which develop consistency across product design, language and messaging, with an unwavering focus on the customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B IT industry, with time at an established high-tech company.
- Experience marketing IT SaaS solutions with a working knowledge of remote management and endpoint management.
- A natural story-teller with the proven ability to synthesise complex concepts, acting as champion for your products and customers both internally and externally.
- Able to pivot seamlessly between developing positioning and messaging frameworks, compiling go-to-market plans, to delivering Sales enablement presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively across departments, particularly Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
- Experience leading cross departmental initiatives and managing marketing activities across regions.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
