Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator, with 2-3 years of experience to support and elevate our marketing activity across social media, digital channels, e-commerce, and customer communications. Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the voice of the brand, creating engaging content, growing our online community, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a fast-paced, content-led role for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives on bringing ideas to life, and is confident taking ownership of projects from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Own and manage Wenzel's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and maintain a consistent, high-quality content calendar.
- Manage content production from ideation through to scheduling and publishing.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Track performance and optimise content using analytics, platform insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Ensure all content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Community Management
- Act as the day-to-day voice of the brand across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, customer feedback, and complaints.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community through proactive interaction and relationship building.
- Escalate customer issues where appropriate and identify recurring themes or opportunities for improvement.
- Content Creation
- Create engaging, platform-native content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, photography, and video.
- Lead in-house product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots.
- Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Maintain a strong visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all content.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Copywriting & Brand Communications
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
- Adapt tone of voice across different channels and audiences.
- Support campaign messaging, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.

- Support the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns.

- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Assist with influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
- Identify relevant creators, partners, and brand collaboration opportunities.
- Support campaign reporting and evaluate partnership performance.
- Delivery Platform Marketing
- Support the management and optimisation of marketing activity across delivery platforms.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers with delivery partners.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
- Campaigns & Collaboration
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, digital, and in-store channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics across social media, email, website, and campaign activity.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Use insights to continuously improve content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Essential
- 2–3 years' experience in a marketing, social media, or digital marketing role.
- Proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience creating short-form video and trend-led content.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
