The Role

The Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher completing training
- Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable
- Be passionate about Geography and able to inspire high-achieving students
- Have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence
- Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be reflective, organised and committed to continuous professional development
- Have a positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues
