Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and securing new business.
- Strong discovery skills and naturally curious throughout the deal cycle.
- Source and qualify leads through outreach methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and using social networks such as LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Uncover real operational pain and hiring challenges and qualify opportunities effectively to avoid a weak pipeline.
- Strong at multi-threading across stakeholders (HR, Talent, Finance, Leadership).
- Comfortable negotiating and positioning value rather than discounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Contribute ideas, feedback, and support to your peers.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline & forecasting.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or HR platforms experience is highly desirable).
- Proven success closing £20k+ ACV deals.
- Minimum 18+ months selling into mid-market accounts (approx. 500–1000 employees).
- Passion for business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in new territories.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo, Slack, Notion).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Experience consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a closing role.
- Experience selling into talent/HR teams.
