A successful and welcoming secondary school in Westminster is seeking an experienced and organised Exams Manager to join their support staff team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong examination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant exam processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all internal and external examinations across the school. What You’ll Be Doing
- You will lead and manage all aspects of the school’s examinations process, including:
- Coordinating all internal and external examinations from entry to results day
- Managing exam timetables, rooming plans, seating arrangements, and invigilator schedules
- Liaising with examination boards to ensure all deadlines and regulations are met
- Processing entries, amendments, access arrangements, and special consideration requests
- Recruiting, training, and managing invigilators
- Ensuring JCQ and awarding body regulations are followed at all times
- Supporting students and staff with exam information, timetables, and procedures
- Managing results distribution, post-results services, and data accuracy
- Reviewing and improving exams systems and procedures each year
