Work Summary

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in London, UK. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

Schedulers are responsible for communicating with potential participants via phone or email, as well as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based on their availability. Schedulers are also responsible for responding to pre-study participant questions, and pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimize no shows. The remote scheduler is the first point of contact between our team and study participants.

Work Responsibilities:

  • Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements
  • Checking their availability for the project
  • Answering candidates' questions
  • Providing logistic information
  • Scheduling candidates for the sessions time
  • Sending reminders to the participants to make sure they don't forget about the scheduled sessions
  • Filling the session schedule days in advance
  • Communicating daily schedule updates to project team

Work Requirements:

  • Idiomatic fluency in Mesopotamian Arabic
  • Can adapt to the CET time zone
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Have computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
  • Be able to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback, and shifting focus quickly as project needs evolve
  • Must possess outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Experience working in a team
