We’re working with a welcoming and supportive school in Newham that is seeking a calm, reliable Midday Meal Supervisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities- Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground during lunch breaks
- Support children with routines, healthy eating, and positive social interactions
- Encourage safe, active play and help manage minor conflicts or worries
- Create a calm, friendly atmosphere and build positive relationships with pupils
- Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and happiness of all children in your care
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a structured, supportive environment
- A caring and collaborative staff team
- Training in safeguarding, behaviour expectations, and positive play
- Support from experienced leaders who prioritise wellbeing
